Intellectual property ride is a special law related to intellectual property. Which includes copyrights, patents, trademarks and trade secrets. To prevent Human made things which took intellect of human, from being copied- whole world is provided IPR- intellectual property right.
India is at lower rank with the registrations of tights of property. Many inventions are taking place in different fields of India, and those get converted to the products. But, the patent filing regarding the same has low rate. China tops the position regarding this. 7 lacs patent are filed by China. America possesses the second rank with 6.5lacs patent filed. Whereas India has filed Only 53000 patents with so many inventions taking place. Even students make new products depended upon own innovations and start ups, but are not aware of IPR. And that is why they face different issues.
Patent is really an important subject matter regarding any inventions. So to make students aware of this patent filing, 150 IPR programme will take place on the occasion of 150th Gandhijayanti. An effort will be made to provide detailed information about intellectual property act. This programme will take place to school, colleges and other universities too.
