Gujarat Technological University has signed MoU with Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) in order to conduct 25 Faculty Development Programmes in two financial years. 13 FDPs have been conducted successfully in F.Y. 2018-19. Proposals were invited from all GTU affiliated colleges for F.Y. 2019-20. A meeting was conducted at GTU on 04 th June, 2019 for scrutiny of received proposals in presence of Prof. (Dr.) Navin Sheth, Vice Chancellor, GTU and Prof. Vijay Vaidya, Executive Secretary, ISTE,New Delhi. GTU will provide financial assistance to 12 affiliated colleges to conduct FDPs in association with ISTE in F.Y. 2019-20.
